In northern Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine I'm expecting 12-18 inches of snow..As you move south amounts will drop off to 10-12 inches and as you make your way further south 8-10 inches looks likely..The snow will change to mixed Precipitation in the south. Massachusetts to Northern CT I'm expecting amounts around 2-4 inches before the change to rain.
